Are your products authentic Bandai merchandise?
Absolutely! As an authorized retailer, every item in our shop is 100% authentic Bandai merchandise. We’d never stock bootleg items – that would be worse than Krillin dying (again)!
Yes! We frequently stock rare finds and limited-edition releases. These items tend to sell out faster than Naruto running, so we recommend signing up for our newsletter or following us on social media for updates.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) and PayPal. Your payment information is protected with bank-level security – safer than the Hokage’s secret techniques!
Can I create an account to track my orders?

How do I change or cancel my order?
Need to make changes? Contact our support ninjas at [email protected] immediately! We can modify orders that haven’t entered processing (usually within 1-2 hours of placement). After that, your order is already being prepped with the care we’d give a Master Ball!

Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide to over 150 countries! However, due to licensing and logistics, we currently can’t ship to some Asian markets and extremely remote regions. Our checkout system will instantly tell you if we can deliver to your location.
How is my collectible packaged?
Every item ships in protective armor worthy of a METAL BUILD figure! We use collector-grade packaging materials to ensure your treasures arrive in perfect condition, whether it’s a delicate Gundam model or an ultra-rare Pokémon figure.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
Not completely satisfied? You can return items within 15 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with all packaging – think of it like returning a Dragon Ball to its original state! Please contact our support team to initiate a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
For returns due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged in transit, etc.), we’ll cover return shipping faster than Instant Transmission! For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days – quicker than Ash’s Pikachu can say “Pika Pika!” Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
